A PLACE TO
FLOURISH
Have you begun to create a secondary creative career that you hope to expand to make money, create impact, seed joy or drive connection?
Have you always identified as a dual careerist, an Ampersand, or are you starting to?

You've come to the right place.

Welcome to the Cohort.
You are not alone in your desire to have or need to have both a primary career (a leg to stand on, so to speak) and a creative career. And, we know it is possible to do both.

Join our community to be with others who are figuring it out, have figured it out, and want to do it together.

This community is filled with innovators like you who believe that they can unlock their creative potential, take risks on big projects, and reach new and bigger forms of flourishing.

Maybe you are career switching, career leaping, or career pivoting. Maybe you just want to be your whole self. Maybe you don't know yet. That's okay, we've been there too.
We help you build your creative career in concert with your primary one.

F.A.Q.s
What is the time commitment?
Time commitment is up to you! We have some more active members and some who pop in as it suits them. You can join writing workshops, a mastermind, or come to an event. Or you can rely on the community only why you want and need to.

What happens inside the Cohort?
This is a safe space for learning about how to grow and scale your dual careers, to ask questions and to be inspired. There is an a-synch message board, weekly postings, monthly meet-ups, workshops and online and in-person events.

What do people say are the biggest benefits from being involved?
New ideas, new people and help progressing along your creative and professional aspirations. Plus, it's nice to have a place to be all the sides of you!

What will I achieve by joining?
Members have been published in prestigious publications, figured out how to fundraise for film and tv, created stronger communities, participated in new events, and shown their work in new and compelling (and award-winning!) places.
